Hi, I’m Kristen. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist, and it is an honour to support you.
Here you will find a warm, safe, non-judgemental space where I invite you to be your most authentic self.
You’re here because you’ve taken the first, and one of the hardest steps in reaching out for support - and that, takes a lot of courage. Maybe you just want a safe space and a confidential ear. Or maybe you are going through a challenging break-up and are working to regain control of your life and build your self-esteem. Maybe you’re going through a difficult life transition and you are looking for strategies to help you cope. Whatever you may be going through, you’ve come to the right place.
I work with teens, adults, and couples to talk about whatever is on their mind. I strive to create a warm, open, safe space where no topic is off the table. Together we will take time building rapport and getting to explore your thoughts, emotions, and concerns before implementing strategies to get you to where you want to be.
My Approach
I approach each session through a client-centred lens, this means that you are placed at the forefront of the therapeutic process - I will meet you where you are with empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard.
My approach emphasizes a non-judgemental space where you can show up as the realest you and feel heard, understood, and accepted. Utilizing various approaches, together we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Truthfully, my goal is to work myself out of a job. Throughout our time together, I incorporate a strengths-based approach to identify your strengths, abilities, and resources that promote your growth and well-being that are often dismissed or ignored. When we are able to explore your strength, we foster empowerment, self-confidence, and agency.

Hi, I’m Hailey and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and an Art Therapist.
I’ve always had a passion for helping others and combining that with the creative process of Art Therapy truly brings me joy.
As a creative soul I am naturally drawn to different forms of art and can spend hours exploring a variety of mediums.
For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of working with various clients and I truly feel honored to hold space for individuals wherever they are on their healing journey.
My Approach
The therapeutic space will be tailored to each client’s goals.
I strive to support the development of strengths, confidence, and self-awareness through creativity. The focus is on using the creative process in a way that feels authentic to each client, emphasizing the process of creating art rather than the final artwork.
During Art Therapy sessions, I adopt a client-focused approach that integrates mindfulness, strength-based techniques, and trauma-informed principles to tailor sessions to each client’s specific needs. I firmly believe that every individual is inherently capable and possesses the tools within themselves. With my guidance, clients can discover and articulate these tools, finding ways to interpret and understand their feelings in the present moment.

Hi, I’m Martha, and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
My background is in science where I studied circadian neuroanatomy, but I have always had a passion for helping people.
For 15 years, I have observed the human-animal bond up close which has given me valuable insight into human connection and compassion. After years of contemplation, I decided to embark on a journey to become a psychotherapist so that I could help as many people as possible. I have experience assisting those in crisis and helping people on their journey through grief.
I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University and I’m thrilled to be able to provide support through Feelings First Counselling & Wellness.

Hello, I’m Esha, and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
For over 15 years, I have dedicated my life to understanding and caring for the body and mind, blending medical knowledge with a deep passion for mental health. My journey began with a focus on mood disorders, addictions, and overall mental wellness, where I gained valuable insights into human behavior. After a decade of helping others with my medical expertise, I embarked on another journey – one of self-discovery. This journey ultimately led me to pursue a Master’s in Counselling.
My unique path, from medical expertise to therapeutic practice, has given me a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and the transformative power of self-awareness. I am here to help you connect with your inner strength, deepen your self-awareness, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. Together, we’ll navigate your unique challenges in a calm, supportive, and welcoming space, guiding you toward a more empowered and meaningful life.
My Approach
Working with me means entering a space where you are met with empathy, authenticity, and a strong commitment to your well-being. My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and more aligned with your values by the end of each session.
I strive for our sessions to feel warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental. In this environment, I aim to foster insight and personal growth. We will explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with curiosity and compassion. You can expect a collaborative and dynamic process where I use various therapeutic techniques to address your unique needs. My goal is for you to leave each session with a deeper understanding of yourself, and provide you with practical strategies to apply in your daily life.
During our sessions, I often incorporate mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and narrative exploration to help you connect with your inner strengths and values. The atmosphere is supportive and calm; providing a safe space to explore thoughts and feelings freely.
My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered, drawing from various evidence-based practices to meet the unique needs of each client. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship, where trust and collaboration are key. My focus is on creating a space where clients can explore their inner world, build resilience, and cultivate a sense of peace and clarity. Whether through mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, or narrative exploration, my aim is to help clients connect with their strengths and move towards their goals with confidence.
